back for
fall &
cold season
handmade in small batches

Food and remedies made the slow way.

Sourdough, elderberry syrup, and a few other things I make for my own family — now made a little extra, just for you.

the short version

Hi, I'm glad you're here.

I started baking sourdough for my own kitchen table, and it grew from there. These days I'm also brewing up elderberry syrup and a few other natural odds and ends I've been making for my family for years. Everything is small-batch, made by hand, and made because I actually use it myself.

Nothing here ships through a checkout — reach out below and we'll sort out the details together.

The family recipe, bottled

Made the same way I've made it for my own kids — simmered slow and bottled in small batches. Not ready just yet; I start the new batch ahead of cold and flu season. Ask me to let you know when it's bottled.
